These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Collect N Connect™ mobile app and website (the "Service"), operated by Collect N Connect LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you post to the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to post the User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We provide in-app tools to report objectionable content and to block other users. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, at our sole discretion.
Members may earn entries into the Collector Vault monthly giveaway through in-app actions. No purchase is necessary to participate. Official rules — including eligibility, prize details, and winner selection — are provided in-app and may be updated from time to time. Void where prohibited by law.
The Service may offer paid subscription tiers (Pro, Affiliate, Vendor, Founder). Where in-app purchases are enabled on iOS, they are processed via Apple's In-App Purchase system and subject to Apple's terms. On Android and Web, payments are processed via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in the applicable in-app disclosure.
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (map providers, marketplaces, event platforms, sponsor partners). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services.
The Service, its logos, branding, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Collect N Connect LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent. Collect N Connect™ is a trademark and patent-pending platform.
You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights to use the Service will cease, and content associated with your account will be permanently removed within 30 days.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLLECT N CONNECT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced in-app. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
