Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Collect N Connect (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/EEA) to use the Service. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Content you post

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content within the Service.

You must not post content that:

Violates any law or regulation.
Infringes intellectual property rights.
Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats.
Is misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive.
Contains explicit sexual content or graphic violence.

5. Prohibited activities

Use the Service for commercial spam or unsolicited promotions.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
Scrape, crawl, or copy content at scale without permission.
Use the Service to distribute malware or conduct phishing.

6. Intellectual property

The Collect N Connect name, logo, design, and code are our intellectual property. You may not copy or use them without written permission.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Paid tiers renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Manage account area on the web. If you cancel, your paid tier remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by applicable consumer-protection law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. User-generated content does not represent our views.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
